Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery use Australia Post for most of our shipping within Australia & International (where possible). Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery will charge the amount of the goods to your credit card OR we accept Money Orders OR Direct Deposit(By Arrangement) for the value of your purchase(Australia only) and then you will pay for the postage/insurance at the Post Office when you pick up the goods.Alternatevly Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery are are able to send goods (AT CUSTOMERS REQUEST) in a prepaid express Satchel. Rates are as follows: (5kg bag $22) (3kg bag $15) ( 500gr bag $10). If your postcode falls in the next day delivery, you should receive the next day,however if you do not Australia post will provide you with a free same size express bag. **PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSTRALIA POST OR IVY WESTERN WEAR AND SADDLERY DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER** Any compensation for loss or damage to an artical may be payable (from Australia Post) but the amount of compensation is limited and to be taken up by the customer and Australia Post. Extra Insurance cover on Express satchels is not available. Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery are unable to post express satchels overseas.
For all overseas deliveries Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery will charge your credit card for the goods and the postage/insurance amount.

Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery aim to despatch all orders by midday the following day. If an item that you have ordered is not in stock, Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery will contact you to discuss delivery time frames or maybe an alternative product.
**Please allow 1 week to receive your order within Australia and for all overseas customers. Please allow 2 weeks.**

RETURNS
Please note that Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery do not give refunds. You may however exchange your product for an item of similar value or accept store credit to the value of the item.
No exchanges will be accepted after 21 days of purchase. You may however exchange any item with manufacturing faults,within 30 days of purchase.
**All returns must have original receipt as proof of purchase**
