PLEASE NOTE - PRICES MAY VARY FROM TIME OF ORDER DUE TO THE FLUCUATION OF THE U.S DOLLAR. ALL PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE 10% GST. 1. A 20% deposit must be paid in order to establish the lay-by at Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery. 2. The full amount of the lay-by must be paid within a 3 month period (6 months apply to Saddle lay-bys over $1500) 3. If the lay-by is cancelled by the customer, the initial 20% deposit will be forfeited (NO EXCEPTIONS). 4. At the end of the three month period if the full amount has not been paid Ivy Western Wear & Saddlery will send/phone or email a reminder notice to you. 5. If the full amount is not paid within 14 days of the reminder notice being issued, all monies paid will be forfeited and a lay-by cancellation notice will be issued. 6. Please keep your copy of layby normally the top yellow sheet, as no layby will be finalized without customers copy(with the exception of over the phone laybys where a layby number will be given as your reference to be quoted at time of payments and finalization of layby. 7. PLEASE NOTE THAT FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ORDER ON ALL NON STOCK ITEMS ie: (SPECIAL ORDERS). IVY WESTERN WEAR & SADDLERY DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SPECIAL ORDERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) IF CUSTOMER HAS ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE OR STYLE OR FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
